If you're looking for the best scones in Charlotte, look no further than the family owned Nova's Bakery on Central Avenue (check the website for farmers' market locations). I am ga-ga over the Cherry Lemon scones with huge chunks of dried cherries and lemon zest. They are sweet, moist, and slightly buttery even when they have been out all day. YUM!
