A Ridiculously Productive Week
I took advantage of the nice weather (a few days before we had a big storm) and cut my patterns outside. I was preparing for two craft fairs last weekend. One was at a school and a lot of people came out despite the bad weather. The other was Sensoria Saturday, and due to weather the event was moved to Sunday at the last minute. In the end, I couldn't be a vendor there because I was scheduled to work at the grocery store Sunday. Maybe next year!
My little workhorse. I recently wrote tension and stitch length info on the top with a Sharpie. I can never remember which way to adjust those damn tension wheels.
Things got prrrrrreeeeeety messy in the studio. Eventually I got fed up and stopped production to do a quick cleanup.
Stevie Wonder on the lil boom box.
Charlie helped me finish up my taxes. He was not impressed that I'd waited 'til the last minute. I spent a lot of time reading from the 1040 instruction manual. This is the first time I've done them myself. What a relief to be done!

I'm glad to see that someone is as messy as I am when crafting. My craft room always looks like a tornado hit right before a show.
ReplyDeleteYeah, everything gets destroyed before a craft fair.
ReplyDeleteI'm lucky that I finally have a craft room to keep it more contained...before it was my "craft studio" bedroom that got destroyed, and in another house before that it was my "craft studio" living room.
