What's going on with that weird Mailing List post below?

I created a opt-in form so that anyone with an internet connection can join my mailing list and stay connected with what's new at Stitch Machine. (It was created in Vertical Response). The form needed a web page to sit on, so I posted it below. It's a temporary solution. But now I can grab the link from the post below (by clicking on the time stamp) and put it in my etsy shop. Hopefully I will get some sign-ups via etsy as a result.
